Arati+Swapan | Engagement Film in Washington DC
We met on a Sunday afternoon in DC. It was such a beautiful day with no rain just sunny skies. Even though the forecast was calling for rain that afternoon and Arati later on told George and I how usually when they have something important going on it always rains, we got lucky and it didn’t rain at all. George created a Movie Poster for their wedding day and they actually titled it “Walking Between the Rain Drops” how cute is that :)?!
We started their session at the Meridian Hill Park, such a beautiful and perfect location for engagement sessions. If you never shot or saw the park you should totally check it out. Once we were done there we headed towards the Jefferson Memorial. The monument was important to them because Swapan actually proposed there. The memorials in DC are always crowded, especially on a Sunday afternoon, but we were still able to get some pretty darn good shots of them. The best part was the sunset, such a glorious sunset. We actually scheduled the session so it would go into the sunset to get a different feel for their film.
I could talk a lot about this session and how they met and how Swapan proposed, but I could never do it better that they already did in their amazing engagement film. So make sure to play the film and enjoy!
Arati and Swapan it was such a pleasure working with you on the engagement film and on your beautiful and absolutely amazing wedding in Niagara Falls. We wish you all the best and a blessed life together.
Swapan, thank you for all your service and commitment to our country!
Enjoy their amazing story in their engagement video and stay tuned for their wedding film!
