Gery+Nick | Odyssey Cruise Wedding
Gery and Nick stole our hearts from our first meeting! They are kind and loving and so respectful. We absolutely loved working with them on their beautiful wedding on the Odyssey!
Their ceremony was held at the beautiful St. James Catholic church in Arlington, VA and the celebration was on the Odyssey ship, so much fun! It was a truly beautiful day, a bit cold, but considering the fact that there was supposed to be some snow, the cold was not even a big deal anymore :)! Besides, Gery and Nick were getting married and that would be enough on its own.
Gery and Nick were both so, so excited to see each other that day and I could feel their emotions running high. They opted not to have a first look and saw each other for the first time at the ceremony when they got married. From the time they would mention their names throughout the getting ready to the time they read each others letters and of course all the way leading to Gery and her father walking down the aisle there were plenty of beautiful emotions and so much anticipation to see each other. During the ceremony they were so excited that even kissed for the first time before they were supposed to and the father had to interrupt them, that’s the kind of emotions I am talking about. Without a doubt these two are perfect for each other and their future together is looking super bright :)!
The reception was a lot of fun! We could tell how important family is to them and how much love they receive back from family and friends. There were lots of laughs and tears of happiness and of course dancing during the reception and all the toasts were heartfelt and genuine. I forgot to mention that Nick and Gery are very good at dancing love dancing. They did danced the whole night and celebrated their official union and it was beautiful.
Gery and Nick, we can’t thank you enough for letting us be part of your celebration and for trusting us with such an important day in your lives. We are so happy that we met and got to work together and even more than in the process we acquired two great people as friends! We love you and wish you nothing but the best and can’t wait to see you sometimes very soon!
